The luxurious Villa Bergi is located in the small, charming village of Damijanići. Damijanići is located 2 km (1.2 miles) from Žminj, an Istrian town with a rich history. Villa Bergi is a 300-year-old stone house that has been owned by the same family for centuries. The villa has been renovated in accordance with the way of life of farmers and the Istrian traditional style of construction.

Payment and Booking Terms
To confirm the reservation, 30% of the total amount must be paid in advance directly to the accommodation owner, and 70% upon arrival.
Refundable deposit if everything is fine: 500 euros.
Free cancellation within one week after booking (EXCEPT LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS, THEN 48 HOURS). Last-minute booking – two weeks before arrival.
On the last day of stay, guests must leave the accommodation by 10 a.m., so that others can check in from 4 p.m.
Note: Pets are not allowed on the property.
